Shipping and Return

Delivery

Akua Objects ships with the below different shipping companies depending on your location: GLS (Denmark & Sweden), PostNord (Denmark & Europe) & DHL Express (International).

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, given that the product is in stock. During public holidays, the time of delivery must be expected to be longer.

Regular service to EU countries is approximately 2-5 business days as from the date of dispatch. Regular service to non-EU countries is approximately 2-7 business days as from the date of dispatch.

Akua Objects send all goods as packages, which makes it possible to track them. The packages are insured during carriage, and the content of the package needs to be verified upon receipt. If the package or its content is damaged upon arrival, please report this to Akua Objects within a reasonable period and no later than 72 hours after delivery.  

Akua Objects are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during transportation. Akua Objects always pack carefully, and thereby minimizing possible damage. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order if it has already been processed for dispatch. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Return and return costs
The costs associated with the return will be covered by you. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have received your purchase. The deadline is complied if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

The items must be returned in the original packaging and be returned new and unused. Returns that have been used or damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense. Make sure that the item is properly wrapped before returning it. You carry the risk of the package, as well as the content of the package, until we receive the parcel. Therefore, for parcel shipments, keep a receipt stating that you have submitted or delivered the return parcel.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please submit our online Withdrawal Form available on our website, or notify us by email or by any other clear and unequivocal statement.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
