The Alban collection was designed before Akua Objects was founded. The collection was sketched in 2019, while Annika’s first-born son, Alban, was still growing in her belly. The symbol of growing life and the remembrance of the poppy, gave life to Akua Objects first collected drawings, which today represent a collection named after Alban.
