Akua Objects unveils a collaboration with Frederik Bille Brahe, whose refined sensibility brings a quiet elegance to every design. Together, they celebrate the timeless kinship between food and design - a world shaped by glass, grapes, history, and the stories passed from one generation to the next.

Frederik Bille Brahe is the founder of Atelier September, Apollo Bar, and Sofi Bakery, and the author of two cookbooks published in collaboration with Apartamento.

Frederik is one of those rare souls who feels life deeply. He moves through chaos with singular grace, gathering inspiration wherever he goes. In the forests around Copenhagen, he wanders in search of wild mushrooms, while at home he is known as a kind of family wizard - generous, curious, and deeply devoted to the people around him.

Family is at the centre of everything Frederik does. Children, sisters, mothers, and grandparents naturally gather around him. That same spirit carries into his cooking, where originality and intuition come together effortlessly. He has a gift for combining ingredients in ways that feel unexpected at first, yet somehow entirely natural.

The Frederik Bille Brahe Collection is designed with the same sense of lightness and poetry. Delicate silhouettes and short stems allow wine, champagne, and water to appear almost as though floating across the table in shifting shades of colour, creating a dreamlike tablescape.

Each glass is finished with a refined lip and a precise cold-cut edge, balancing fragility with modern sophistication.
